At this ’Biggar in Balance’ workshop you’ll experience a unique combination of yoga flow and breathing followed by a guided visualisation and aromatherapy oils to go deep and restore balance.

Not quite Strip the Willow, but it’s not so different.English Country Dancing is very similar to Scottish – just more relaxed. Dances are Reels, Jigs, Waltz time and smooth "triple time” in a variety of rhythms and paces. Steps are walking, skipping and skip change. Formations are in 3 or 4 couple sets, long sets, squares and circles. Music is based on traditional and classical tunes played in a driving, rhythmic style. Come & see – come & try!..

This is a new workshop we are running for people who would like to know how to sew their own clothes. We are going to teach you how, from just 1 meter of material, you can make a wonderful top. This workshop would be suitable for beginner and intermediate skill levels. Some sewing skills are desirable, however you do not need to have sewn clothes before.You will need a sewing machine, basic sewing kit (scissors, needles, pins, threads) and 1 meter of material.
