Supporting Biggar Little Festival

Biggar Little Festival is grateful for the kind generosity of local businesses and individuals for their sponsorship, patronage and volunteering. This support is a lifeline which keeps the Festival alive and flourishing, enabling us to keep other ticket prices affordable, to provide free events, to promote local groups, support local venues and to help promote our town.

Sponsorship Packages

Premium Event Sponsorship - To be discussed on application.

BLF is offering three bespoke Premium Event Sponsorship packages for our main Headline Music event, our Headline Comedy event and for Biggar Day Out. These packages will include company logos on all the event’s promotional material including posters, street signage, BLF website and Social Media advertising as well as VIP tickets for the selected event and to the BLF Opening Reception evening.

Gold Sponsorship £500

The Gold Sponsorship package offers listing on the BLF programme cover and website with larger logo, acknowledgement on Social Media with tags to your company’s Social Media, your promotional material (if provided) in our local BLF Box Office, VIP invitation to BLF Opening Reception and 4 tickets to the BLF event of your choice.

Silver Sponsorship £250

The Silver Sponsorship standard package offers listing on the BLF programme cover and website with medium logo, acknowledgement on Social Media, VIP invitation to BLF Opening Reception and 2 tickets to the BLF event of your choice.

Bronze Sponsorship £150

The Bronze Sponsorship budget package offers named listing on the BLF programme cover and website, acknowledgement on Social Media and VIP invitation to BLF Opening Reception.

Patrons

If you would like to support the Festival you can become a Patron for a minimum annual donation of £20.

We accept payment by standing order arranged quarterly, half-yearly or annually, by indicating on the Patrons form. We also accept payment by cheque. In addition, Gift Aid increases the value of your donation by allowing us to reclaim basic rate tax on your gift, so if you give £20 using Gift Aid, it's worth £25.00 to BLF.

All Patrons will be entered into a draw to win 2 tickets to a BLF hosted event and be entitled to buy up to 4 tickets to any event 24 hours before they go on sale to the public.

Patrons are also invited to the VIP Opening Reception on the eve of Biggar Little Festival.

Volunteers

Thank you to all our volunteers past and present.

Festival time itself throws up a host of jobs. Our team of volunteers take shifts manning the Gillespie Box Office and Information Centre, help to set up the Craft Fair, organise street parking, steward the Silent Disco and much more besides. There are many indoor and outdoor tasks to cover. Even if you only have time for a single two hour shift, your contribution is valuable and can make a real difference.

Preparation for the festival begins early in the year with meetings of subgroups for publicity, artists’ events and Biggar Day Out. Maybe you have specialist skills to offer or interests in a particular area? From distributing programs and fliers, helping to secure signage or working on fundraising, there can be a place for you in the Biggar Little Festival team.
