We can’t believe there’s less than 2 weeks to go of Virtually Biggar Little Festival 2020!
Events close on Sunday 22 November so be sure to get along to the Virtual Exhibition and Virtual Craft Fair before then. We hope that this online celebration of community creativity will lift your spirits and give the opportunity to do a bit of ethical Christmas shopping! After all, it’s more important than ever that we support our local arts and crafts people at this difficult time.
THIS WEEK – Inspired by Nature Collection
(part of the Virtual Exhibition, Thursday 22 October - Sunday 22 November)
This week’s mini exhibition is Inspired by Nature. It focuses on the work of 7 local artists – Colin Semple, Liz Bertram-Gossan, Jennifer Turner, Allan Burnett, Sarah Dawnay, Ken Lochhead and Craig McMaster. There’s a wealth of fabulous items offered for sale including bespoke wooden furniture, oil and acrylic paintings, watercolour prints, black and white landscape photography and etchings.
Once again, Biggar Little Festival has partnered with local artisan gin-makers. This week’s mini exhibition is paired with Wee Farm Distillery gin (based in Climpy, near Forth). You are warmly welcomed to pour yourself a glass before settling down to view Inspired By Nature. To purchase the 5 local artisan gin miniatures and mixers that accompany the Virtual Exhibition visit Biggar Gin
