What's it all about
What's it all about

Mid-October in Biggar means two weeks of arts highlighting the very best of our local cultural activity together with top class entertainment and artistry from across the country.

We want to see local talent flourish in an atmosphere designed to give it a showcase. Biggar Little Festival sets out to work with the arts and crafts communities around the town to advance the arts by

developing Biggar and its surrounds as a community where the arts are encouraged and promoted
encouraging links between local arts groups, artistic understanding and participation
promoting exhibitions and performances
developing opportunities for local, national and international artists to demonstrate their talents in Biggar and its surrounds
